Water from the main pond gets pumped out then T's off to the waterfall & the new section which spills back into the pond. It was 78 here today & my lotus is showing sings of life |

I've been watching the plants to see how everything is doing & so far it's looking good. Lotus has leaves hitting the top of the water now, lily's all good in the pond. Pond elephant ears coming back to life. I'm really starting to hate winter  . I have worked out there alot in the last few weeks so this weekend we are taking off to Disney for the day . Kids are excited. I looked at pictures with Emma (age 5) to show her the characters she could have photos with & she asked me why Tinker Belle was so big! I told her that they used magic to make her big so no one could step on her Gotta love kids imagination! |

We go Saturday . I bought a stuffed Micky & Minnie for her today. They were 5.00 at the dollar store or 25.00 at Disney, hmmmmm. I also got all the girls autograph books for 2.00 vs 14.99. I pack them into Disney , pull them out & tada I am the greatest Mommy ever This is not my first trip to Disney. Once you enter the prices are SCARY! I ate a 24$ turkey sandwich last time & it was terrible  Kids love the place though I'll post some pics when we get back. |

24 dollars for a sammitch.. Pheweeee.  The most I've been stung for for a sammitch was about 12.5 dollars and I couldn't stop talking about it for months afterwards. You never forget being ripped off do ya? |

We we survived Disney. It was packed! 60 minute wait for most rides  . Kids had a ball. For lunch we had 4 hotdogs & fries, 2 chicken sandwiches & 6 drinks...it was 60.00  .
